The Queen’s Green Canopy is a unique tree planting initiative, created to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022, with schools across the country being invited to ‘Plant a Tree for the Jubilee’.  On Tuesday 22^nd March 2022, we had a visit from the Deputy Lieutenant of Merseyside, David Steer QC and we had our tree planting ceremony. See the new tree and plaque to commemorate as you arrive/leave the site on the Wagon Lane path.
