Friends of Legh Vale

NEW MEMBERS 

The Friends of Legh Vale (FOLV) are looking for new members to help raise money for the school for the benefit of the children. The purpose of the group is to provide opportunities for all members of the school community to enjoy participating in a variety of family events and the money raised in the past could not have happened without the generosity of all the people associated with the school.

The FOLV money has helped in numerous ways: buying water bottles, subsidising school trips and paying for visitors to come into school, as well as many other things to enhance the experiences we can give to our pupils. After a difficult 18 months we are delighted that events like the Ugly Bug Ball and the Christmas bingo can once again go ahead as we know how much fun they are for our community. Other events are already being planned for after Christmas.

We also hold regular meetings to organise upcoming events and everyone is welcome to attend and hopefully bring some new ideas.

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday 1st December at 2pm in school.
