Year 6 Leavers' Video 2020

We hope that you enjoy our leavers' video! While we are disappointed that we couldn't have a leavers' assembly, we are proud of the children's efforts to create this video.

Legh Vale Class of 2020

It began like any other,
Setting out our goals,
Rising to all the challenges,
Settling into roles.

Lessons taught,
Trophies won,
We seized each moment,
We had some fun.

But bit by bit,
The world outside,
Came creeping in,
And stopped our stride

For months our desks,
Sat empty and still,
Us safe at home,
E-learning - a new skill!

As our time at primary school,
Came to and end,
We still miss each other,
Our Legh Vale family, our friends

But together we have learned,
That though we are apart,
The best of memories,
Stay forever in our hearts.

So for every lesson we missed,
All the tests we didn’t take,
The adventures we missed,
And the memories we didn’t make

Know that you have left
A lasting impact on our school,
A group so kind, so friendly, so caring, so true.

You have taught US so much,
We’ll never forget you.
