Sport For All
At the end of each year, any child in KS2 who has attended a sports club is rewarded with a participation certificate. Over 20 clubs are offered to pupils throughout the year.
St. Helens Indoor Athletics Champions 2016/17
Legh Vale Indoor Athletics Squad (pictured above) have been at it again! They recently secured their 9th consecutive St.Helens title. Our boys and girls came first in 20 out of the 24 disciplines on offer, a truly magnificent performance. Well done.
Y5/6 Indoor Athletics (2015/16)
The 2016 squad continued a winning streak that has lasted for 8 years when they were once again crowned St. Helens Champions (pictured above). Our young athletes then went on to lift the Merseyside title for the 4th time (pictured below).

Our emerging athletic stars of the future won the annual Haydock High indoor athletics tournament in May (pictured below).
Y5/6 Quad Kids Athletics
Well done to our excellent athletes who represented St. Helens at the Merseyside Summer Games in July. Third place was an amazing achievement!
Sportsperson of the Year 2016
This trophy is awarded annually to a boy and girl who perform to a high standard in a number of sports.
National Champions
In 2011 our athletics squad earned themselves a place in history when they were crowned National Champions.
Boys Football Team 2015-16
Legh Vale won the afternoon final of this year's St. Helens competition making them joint winners of the trophy.
Y6 Rounders Team
Well done to our rounders team who made it to the final of the St. Helens competition but narrowly lost by one rounder.
